Overall a very good experience with Shawn. The price negotiation was professional and efficient. Unfortunately I experienced a problem with the vehicle after I took possession. When I contacted Shawn, he was professional again and asked to have the vehicle checked by his mechanic to confirm. His mechanic agreed with the problems. Shawn acknowledged them as pre-existing conditions and he then provided a full refund of the purchase price. Shawn is a stand-up guy. I would buy from him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a used car.
